Athena Gold Corporation (CSE: ATHA | OTCQB: AHNRF) is a North American gold explorer with a dual footprint in Ontario’s Red Lake gold district and Nevada’s Walker Lane.

In Ontario the company is drilling Laird Lake, a 4,158-hectare package about 20 km southwest of Red Lake and 10 km west of West Red Lake Gold’s Madsen mine, where surface sampling returned up to 373 g/t Au and the maiden 2026 drill program cut 23.85 g/t Au over 5 m at the new Scooby zone. It also holds the 4,900-hectare Forester project less than 30 km southeast of Orla Mining’s Musselwhite mine, and the 578-hectare Oneman Lake gold–zinc VMS property north of Kenora.

In Nevada, Excelsior Springs (1,574 ha, Palmetto district, Esmeralda County) hosts shallow oxide gold on the Buster and Ridge trends, with intercepts including 5.35 g/t Au over 33.5 m.
