Barrick Mining Corporation (TSX:ABX | NYSE:B) – formerly Barrick Gold Corporation – is one of the world’s largest gold and copper producers, renamed in May 2025 to reflect a portfolio that spans gold, copper and strategic metals across more than a dozen countries.
The company’s Tier One assets include Nevada Gold Mines (61.5% owner and operator of the world’s largest gold-mining complex), Pueblo Viejo in the Dominican Republic and Kibali in the DRC, while the Reko Diq copper-gold project in Pakistan and the Lumwana expansion in Zambia anchor its copper growth strategy.
Mark Hill was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer in 2026, succeeding Mark Bristow, as Barrick advances an IPO of its North American gold assets and a $3.0 billion share repurchase on the back of record 2025 results.
