Greenridge Exploration Inc. (CSE: GXP | OTC: GXPLF | FRA: HW3) is a Canadian critical-minerals exploration company focused on uranium in the world-class Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, alongside nickel, copper and gold projects across Canada.

The company controls roughly 229,658 hectares across 21+ projects, including twelve uranium properties (about 181,310 ha) in the Athabasca Basin, with partners such as Denison Mines and Uranium Energy Corp. In June 2026 Greenridge earned a 100% interest in its flagship Carpenter Lake uranium project on the basin’s southern margin. Following the acquisition of ALX Resources, its energy-metals and gold portfolio includes the Electra, Firebird and Flying Vee nickel projects and several Canadian gold properties.
