PTX Metals (TSXV: PTX | OTCQB: PANXF | FSE: 9PX) is a Toronto-based Canadian mineral exploration company advancing gold and critical minerals projects in Northern Ontario. Its two flagship assets are the W2 Copper–Nickel–PGE Project, located near existing winter road infrastructure at the gateway to the strategic Ring of Fire region, and the Shining Tree Gold Project in the Timmins Gold Camp, neighbouring known deposits.
Through 2026 PTX has advanced W2 with a 5,000 m drill program and strong initial metallurgical results, defined priority drill targets and commenced drilling at Shining Tree, and closed an upsized private placement in the spring. Ontario’s Ring of Fire road announcement further strengthens the case for W2’s location.
PTX also holds a significant equity stake in investee Green Canada Corporation (GCC), which received conditional TSXV approval in July 2026 for its reverse takeover of MAACKK Capital Corp. Upon closing – expected on or around August 7, 2026 – the resulting issuer will be renamed Green Canada Uranium Corp. and will complete the acquisition of the Marshall Project in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin, with a funded 1,600 m drill program to follow. The company is led by President & CEO Greg Ferron.
